International Science, Technology and Innovation Centre for South-South Cooperation under the Auspices of UNESCO (ISTIC) and the Korea Institute of S&T Evaluation and Planning (KISTEP) agreed to conduct the 2009 ISTIC-KISTEP R&D Management Programme for Higher Level Policy Makers in Seoul Korea from 16th - 20th November 2009. The Chairman of ISTIC Governing Board, Academician Dato’ Ir. Lee Yee Cheong FASc and the President of KISTEP, Dr. Lee June Seung signed the agreement on 20 April 2009 to mark this collaboration.
